How to Change the Language of Your Training

California Mandated Reporter Training in Multiple Languages

Several California trainings are now available in multiple different languages!

Here is a list of all the languages offered among all courses: 

• English
• Spanish

• Mandarin Chinese (Simplified)

• Cantonese Chinese (Traditional)

• Vietnamese

How to Change Language

Simply use the following steps to Change Language.

1. On your training dashboard, click the training you want to change the language for.
2. Make sure your training is active (i.e., click Start Training to engage with the course icons/press play).
   • If you are in the profession portion of your profession-specific course or having trouble resetting your course, please reach out to the help desk
3. Exit the course and the option to change the language will be on the bottom right of the course module.
4. In the modal, select the language you'd like to switch to and type DELETE. Please note, you will lose any progress against your existing session and need to restart.
   • WARNING - Deleting a course this way removes all of your previous data for the course and it CANNOT be recovered. Please ensure you select the right language before beginning training.
5. Click Change Language and return to your training dashboard.

*Note, if Change Language is not displayed, your training may not be available in any other languages.
