Complete your training and ready for the exam?
Here's a quick video to show you how to take an exam (once all the prerequisite courses are complete).
How to Take an Exam
To begin an exam, you should have completed your pre-requisite courses and have the exam module enabled. To learn more about pre-requisite courses: Trainings with Multiple Courses
Depending on the course, you may be required to purchase your certificate prior to taking the exam. Please see this article for more information.
- From the Training dashboard, click the Start Exam button to launch the course player.
- Depending on the training, you will be asked either 10 or 20 multiple choice/true-false questions in a randomized order from a larger pool of questions based on the content you've learned in the previous courses. This means that if you retake the exam, the questions may change or be presented in a different order.
- All exams require a minimum of 80% to be completed. You can take the exam as many times as needed to earn this minimum score.
- Once you've earned the minimum percentage, you can click to review the correct answers to the questions (in case you're curious for any you may have missed).
As with all courses, your progress is saved along the way. If you don't know an answer or need to leave and come back to finish later, simply click the Exit Course button to return to your Training dashboard.
