Getting started setting up your organization?
Here is a default message template you can use to craft messaging for your learners when getting started with training:
Hello,
At [Organization Name], we are pleased to provide mandated reporter compliance training in partnership with Mandated Reporter Training. Click the link below to associate yourself with our organization and begin training.
Join Org Webpage Instructions
Click the link (INSERT LINK AGAIN IF NEEDED), type in your email, and choose your group.
[Insert instructions for what groups people should assign themselves]
- Click the link, then fill out the necessary information.
- If you have any trouble with this webpage, please copy the link and paste it into an incognito/private browser window to complete the process.
- Once logged in, you'll see an invitation message. Accept the invitation to join [Organization Name].
- You will be automatically redirected to your [Organization Name] account. Be sure you are on your [Organization Name] account, whenever logging in (top right). This ensures that administrators can see your training progress.
- If you see your name in the top right, click the drop-down to view if [Organization Name] appears, if not please review Step 1.
Training Instructions
Your administrator has assigned the training you are required to complete. It should be assigned automatically but if it isn't you can add it yourself.
- Get started by clicking Browse Trainings to add your assigned training.
- Click your assigned course to add it to your training dashboard.
- When logging into to your organization account for the first time, you should see training automatically assigned. If you don't please reach out to [admin email] to assign you to a group or assign you training.
- Click Start Course to launch the on demand course player.
- Use the course player toolbar to navigate through the course. Your progress is saved as you navigate through the course.
- IMPORTANT - When you are pausing training or complete your training use Exit Training or Exit Course if you need to leave the course and come back later. DO NOT close your browser OR leave your training open. This can result in a loss of progress.
- Once all course pages have been viewed and the exam has been passed, the system will automatically record the completion and issue a certificate available for download. Your admin's will have view of your certificate automatically.
