Sometimes it happens! On the very rare occasion, Mandated Reporter Training may experience an error while processing your request. 

Error Occurred

If you receive the message "An Error Occurred Processing Your Request," "Something Went Wrong," "Error: Server Error Occurred", "You Don't Have Access to This Content" or something similar, don't worry. Simply refresh your page and try again.

If your problem persists, try these steps to resolve the error

• Log out and log back in
• Close and restart your browser
• Restart your device
