Mandated Reporter Training platform supports the latest version of all browsers, but we recommend viewing the site and trainings in the latest version of Google Chrome on a desktop/laptop device, for the best viewing experience.
When using a mobile device, remember that some of the functionality may be reduced or in a slightly different view. Navigation sometimes is condensed to a menu icon that needs to be opened. Sometimes rotating your device can help give more space to display the content.
Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing issues with the platform, ensure you are using the latest version of the browser and an updated operating system on the device.
Here are a few things to help test:
- Try using a different browser. If you're using Edge, try Chrome or Firefox.
- Try using a different device. If you're using your computer, try on another computer.
- Restart your device. More often than not, that's the answer!
- Try using a different device type. If you're using your phone, try a laptop or tablet.
