You just purchased your certificate and now you can't find your receipt. Don't worry, we can help!
Emailed Receipts
For all purchases made at Mandated Reporter Training, our payment processor, Stripe, sends an automated email receipt. By default, the receipt is sent to the email address you used at account registration.
Be sure to check your spam or all mail folder when searching; sometimes automated messages get filtered into these folders by your mail provider.
A few helpful ways to search:
- The from address should be on the @stripe.com domain.
- The subject line should reference Mandated Reporter Training and be formatted similar to this: Your Mandated Reporter Training receipt [#0000-0000].
Resend Receipt
If you need any assistance or are having trouble locating your receipt, click the Get Help button in the bottom right. Our technical team can resend a receipt to you or forward it along to others.
Receipt Details
Sometimes the receipt doesn't include enough information for your company needs. We absolutely understand! If there's additional information you need regarding your purchase, just let us know. You can reach out using the Get Help button or reply directly to your receipt email.
Emailed Certificates
Unfortunately, we're not able to include your certificate in the emailed receipt from your purchase. However, you can always locate your certificate in your account under My History or My Certificates (both accessible in the left navigation menu).
