How to Setup Organization
Now that you've got the organization account, you need to configure a few settings before getting users invited.

Organization > Profile
Complete the profile for your organization so your users know who you are when you invite them.
- Click the Organization tab in the navigation and select Profile.
- Enter additional details about your org, such as the name of your organization or human resources contact person, along with their email and/or phone number.
- Upload a logo or icon image to make the organization account easier to identify.
Trainings
Select trainings to be available in your organization.
- Click the Trainings tab in the navigation.
- Click Add Training to view and choose from your available courses. (You can narrow the results by searching for trainings available in your state.)
- Select the trainings that you want and click Add Trainings at the bottom of the screen.
- The selected training is now added to your organization. You can now assign this training to individual users or user groups.
Groups
Make assigning trainings easier by creating groups. This makes it easier to assign a particular training to a group of learners. For example, teachers may need the School Personnel training, where supporting staff may only need General Training.
- Click the Groups tab in the navigation.
- Click Add Group button in the top right.
- On the Add Group page, fill out the name of the group, set the status to Active and click the trainings you want to assign to this group.
- Click Add Group.
- This group is now ready for users!
Learners
Now that your organization is setup, you can begin inviting learners.
- Click Learners tab in the navigation.
- Click the Add Learners button in the top right.
- Click Manual Entry to invite users individually (*Spreadsheet Upload and the Join Org Webpage require an annual subscription*)
- On the form, enter the email address of the user you'd like to invite and the group they are assigned to. For ease in assigning trainings, select a group with pre-selected trainings.
Note: A group is required. You can invite a user and manually assign additional groups or trainings once they've associated with your organization.
- Click Add Learners to save and send an invitation email to your user(s). This will immediately send an invitation email to this user. We recommend alerting your team that they will be receiving this invitation from you prior to sending. See our template onboarding messaging.
