How to Edit Your Account Information

Need to update your email or other personal details? No problem! Follow these simple steps to make changes quickly and easily.

How to Change Your Personal Profile Information

Step 1: Login to your account here: login.mandatedreportertraining.com

If you have forgotten your password, please use the "Forgot password?" option on the login page. You can visit that page using the same link above. 

Step 2: Navigate to your profile icon on the left of your screen. Click your name and then the account menu (your name again). You should be brought directly to the Profile tab. (See screenshot).

Step 3: Once you are in your profile, you will have the option to change the following on the information page:

• Email (_**NOTE: You will need to re-verify your email. If you enter an email you cannot access, your account could be permanently inaccessible)
• Change Password
• First and Last Name
• Zip Code
• Preferred Language

Step 4: Anytime you are done making changes, click 'Update Profile' to save and accept your changes. (See screenshot)
