Help! I’m Not Seeing My Organization Account!
The Mandated Reporter Training Platform Update (2026) has now made it so if you are taking training (by yourself or for an organization), it will now be done all in one place!
No more needing to switch back and forth between your organization to figure out where your training is.
For Learners
If you are taking training under an organization, there should be no action needed on your part! Your account should have a refreshed new look to it, training dashboard, and a new and improved way to add and take training.
At the top of your Trainings page you should see ‘Assigned Trainings’. Here you can view the training assigned by organizations you're associated with, in addition to who they're assigned by.
Log in as normal here to see the changes!
For Organization Admins
Organization Admins now have their own specialized app for managing their Organization Accounts. This application is made solely for managing Training and Learners.
All organization admins who need to take training will do so via the Learner Application. This does not require a separate log in.

Taking training as an Admin
Training is now located in the same place your learners access their training. Follow these steps to switch over to the Learner Application:
- Use the side navigation menu and click on your Organization Name in the bottom left.
- Click it and then select ‘Go to Learner App’
- It will open a new page with your training dashboard and assigned trainings
