Need to update your email or other personal details? No problem! Follow these simple steps to make changes quickly and easily.
How to Change Your Personal Profile Information
Step 1: Login to your account here: account.mandatedreportertraining.com
If you have forgotten your password, please use the "Forgot password?" option on the login page. You can visit that page using the same link above.
Step 2: Navigate to your account menu in the top right of the screen and click your name then 'Profile'
(see screenshot).
Step 3 (IMPORTANT): If you haven't already fill out your Industry and Profession fields one by one and click Update Profile after entering each one. This can prevent you from updating your other information.
Step 4: Once you are in your profile you will have the option to change the following:
- First and Last name
- Email (NOTE: You will need to re-verify your email. If you enter an email you cannot access, your account could be permanently inaccessible)
- Change your password
- State
- Industry
- Profession
- Preferred Language
- Zip Code
- Association/Organization details
Step 5: Click 'Update Profile' to save and accept your changes.
