I'm Not Seeing My Organization Trainings
Whenever you're not seeing the right trainings, there's a good chance you're on the wrong account.
How to Know if You're in Your Individual Account
In your Individual account, (on desktop) the profile dropdown menu in the TOP RIGHT will show your name and you'll have access to all the state trainings in our catalog.
How to Know if You're in Your Organization Account
In your Organization account, (on desktop) the dropdown menu in the TOP RIGHT will show the name of your Organization, and you'll have access to trainings assigned by your organization.
You'll also see another page in the menu titled Organization. This page will show resources and other details made available to you by your Organization.
If you are an Organization Administrator, you may see more items available in the menu.
Accidentally sign up for an organization account? It happens! Please submit a ticket to our help desk and they will be able to assist you.
How to Switch Accounts
In the top right, click your profile icon to expose the menu. You'll see a list of all your associated accounts, including your Individual account and any associated Organizations.
Click any name in the menu to switch between accounts.
A list of associated accounts also displays on your Profile page, and you can switch accounts easily from there by clicking Switch Account.
Navigate back to the Training page and view the available trainings and training history in your active account.
