The Course Sound Isn't Playing
Each of our courses include voiceover sound that follows along with the content displayed on the slide.
Once the course player is opened, the courses should default to playing with the volume turned on, but there are a few cases where the device may override.
Here's a few things to check:
Volume Control in Toolbar
Check the volume control in the bottom toolbar of the course player. Is the toggle turned all the way down? Move the toggle up to increase the volume.
Device Volume
Check your device. Is the volume turned all the way down on your device? Perhaps the speakers are muted. Try adjusting the volume on your device to see if that resolves the issue.
Mobile Device on Silent
Is your mobile device is on silent mode? This switch also impacts the course player sound. Try switching the silent mode off of your mobile device.
Restart Browser/Device
This solution resolves about 99% of issues. If none of the above have worked, try restarting your browser and/or restarting your device. Sometimes an update happened in the background that requires a restart. Sometimes the settings have been updated. When in doubt, try restarting.
