You've just registered with Mandated Reporter Training, but you're not yet able to log in. What happened?
Email Verification
To make sure you're not a robot, we verify that the email you used to register is accurate. To do this, we send an email to your address with a 6-digit code to activate your account.
Sometimes these automated email messages get lost.
Here's some of the common causes:
- Messages are filtered by your email host. Please try checking your junk folder or all mail folder for the message.
- Messages have a delayed send. Wait 5-10 minutes to see if that email shows up.
- It's possible there was a typo in your email address at signup. Try registering again using your correct email address. If you are able to create a new account, your email was entered incorrectly initially. Please look for the new verification message in your email inbox. If you receive an error trying to create a new account, there is already an account created for your address. Please reach out to us using the form below for additional assistance.
Resend Verification
- To resend the verification go to the log in page. Here's a direct link for you.
- Attempt to log in, this will fail and that's both excepted and what we are looking for. There will be an error message that offers to send you a new verification. Use the link.
- This will do two things. First, it will navigate you to a new page. DO NOT leave this page, if you need to use the browser to access the code, do so in a new window, or a different browser.
- Second thing, it will send an email with a new TOTP code. Grab the code, and use it on the verification page mentioned above.
This should verify the account and allow you to log in normally.
