Forgot your password? Here's how to reset it:
- From the Log In page, click the Forgot Password link
- Enter your email address (the one used on your registered account).
- IMPORTANT Click Send Email. This will take you to a verification page. You must stay on this page in order to complete the process.
- Locate email sent by no-reply@mandatedreportertraining.com
- Enter the 6-digit code in the email sent to you.
- Fill in the form to set a new password.
- Return to Log In and use your new password.
TIP: Sometimes your browser will automatically save your previous (and incorrect) password rather than your new one. When resetting your password, we recommend copying and pasting it somewhere for easy reference until you can resave it/login successfully.
Once saved in a safe place, delete the note/reference.
Not Receiving the Password Reset Email?
Automated Emails
When you request the Forgot Password email, we automatically send you an email with a 6-digit code to reset your password. Sometimes these automated email messages get lost.
Here are some of the common causes:
- Messages are filtered by your email host. Please try checking your junk folder or all mail folder for the message.
- Messages have a delayed send. Wait 5-10 minutes to see if that email shows up.
- It's possible there was a typo in your email address at signup. Try registering again using your correct email address. If you are able to create a new account, your email was initially entered incorrectly. Please look for the new verification message in your email inbox. If you receive an error trying to create a new account, there is already an account created for your address. Please reach out to us using the form below for additional assistance.

- Sender/from email noreply@mandatedreportertraining.com
- Term "Mandated Reporter Training"
- Subject: "Verify Your Email: Mandated Reporter Training"
Unregistered Account
Sometimes, we simply forget the email we registered under! It's possible that you entered an email address that doesn't exist in our system so we can't send you the reset password email. To protect the privacy of our users, we always display an affirmative message on the request (so you can't tell who does and doesn't have an account).
Here's some suggestions:
- Try registering under your email address again
- Try the forgot password request under another email. Maybe you used your personal email instead of your work email.
