How to Register as an Organization Administrator

Getting Started with Managing Mandated Reporter Training?

Here's a quick rundown to show you how to register for an org admin account!

How to Register

1. Visit mandatedreportertraining.com and click the 'Start Now' button
2. Select 'A Team That I Manage' from the 'I Need Training For' Dropdown
3. Enter in your first & last name and email
4. Click 'Create Account'
5. Fill out your Organization's and Admin's Account information and click 'Create a Organization Account'
6. Enter in the 6-digit verification code sent via email.

Note: STAY ON THIS VERIFICATION PAGE UNTIL COMPLETED. Exiting this page will invalidate the 6-digit verification code you are sent via email. 

Use the wrong name or email?

Registered with Incorrect Name

You've registered but you had a typo in your name. Not to worry! You can modify your name in your profile.

• Continue the registration process (verify email and login)
• Visit profile - click your name in the upper right and select Profile.
• Update your first name and last name and click Update Profile to save the changes.
  • You may need to update your industry and profession prior to changing your information, make sure you edit AND save those options prior to changing other information. 

Registered with Incorrect Email Address

You've registered but you had a typo in your email - don't worry, it happens a lot. Unfortunately, this account isn't recoverable for you, since you won't be able to verify the email address. But not to worry! You can simply re-register again, using the correct email address. Then, follow the steps to complete your registration. 

• Verify email by clicking the link in your registration email
• Log in using the email and password set at registration
