Downloading a Certificate
You can log into your account at any time to view and download a certificate for completed trainings.
Also ensure that you're in the correct account! If you've earned the certificate for your organization and you're not seeing anything, you could be in your personal account. Click on the top right dropdown to switch between them.
Some loading errors can occur/display the info on your other account, a quick refresh should solve the issue.
'My Training' Page
If you've just completed your training, the Download Certificate option in your training tab should be active and allow you to click the Download Certificate button. If you have taken multiple trainings be sure that you are downloading the correct training certificate.
'My Certificates' Page
On the certificates page, you'll find your completed certificates. There will be some of the relevant information about them including date of completion and the certificate number. Simply click the link with your certificate number to open the certificate details page which contains both the download and sharing options.
'My History' Page
You can also always download a certificate in your Training History page. On this page there is a grid with a history of all your training sessions. Simply click the link with your certificate number in the completed session for your training.
I completed my training, where is my certificate?
If you believe that you've completed your training but haven't earned your certificate the following tips may help:
- Be sure that you've actually completed your exam. Some confuse the ending scenarios with the exam. However, this not graded. On your my Training page you will see a green "Start Exam" button to confirm this.
- Some courses require a fee to be paid for the certificate prior to the exam being taken. Once this fee is paid you will get access to your exam. If you have an organization covering costs, reach out to our help desk who can help get you associated and transfer your certificate.
- Sometimes saving errors can occur due to browsers, internet connection, multiple course players open, etc. If you have completed your course but it did not save, reach out to our help desk who can assist you.
- Otherwise, if you have completed your training and exam but your certificate is not showing up on your My Certificates or My History pages, please also submit a ticket to our help desk who can investigate.
FAQ
How do I upload my certificate?
We unfortunately do not support the ability to upload certificates or files from outside our platform. If you want to share your certificate within our platform, you can use the certificate sharing or download and upload our certificates somewhere else.
