What if I've already completed training and have a certificate?
Well, you're in luck. You can grant permission for your organization to see any certificates you have acquired on your personal account.
All you have to do is use the Share feature to grant them access to see a certificate.
NOTE: You must be associated with your organization via an email invite or the Join Org Webpage in order to share your certificate.

How to Share Your Certificate
This takes a few steps and is done separately for each certificate, so you only have to share the one you want to.
- Log into your account
- Navigate to the Achievements page using the sidebar navigation menu
- Locate your certificate and click on View and Share Achievement
- Click on Share With Organization
- Choose an organization to share it with
- Click the Share Certificate button to grant access
At the bottom of your screen a Shared With section will appear, showing which organizations that specific certification is shared with.
