Setup Organization Before Inviting Users
Be sure you've set up the trainings and groups for your organization before inviting users.

How to Use Your Join Organization Webpage
1. From your Training Dashboard, navigate to Premium Features on the navigation bar and select Join Org Webpage
*This can also be accessed by clicking on Learners -> Add Learners -> Join Organization Web Page
2. On the Enable Organization Landing Page, set the toggle option to On.
*This will make your organization available for anyone to join using your unique link.
3. Click the clipboard icon
or Copy to Clipboard button to copy the link to your Join Organization Web page.
4. Share this link with users you want to join your organization.

Note: This is a public link. Anyone with the link can use this page to join your organization as a learner. Use caution when sharing your link. You can also manage these settings from Join Org Web Page under Premium Features on the left hand navigation menu. Here you can set email whitelisting and customize your web page URL. |
