Setup Organization Before Inviting Users
Be sure you've set up the trainings and groups for your organization before inviting users.

Ready to add up to 500 learners? Follow the below to get started.
How to Import Learners
- From your Training Dashboard, navigate to Premium Features on the navigation bar and select Import Learners
Note: This can also be accessed by clicking Learners -> Add Learners -> Spreadsheet Upload. - Follow the 1-2-3 instructions and download the Import Template File
- Add your users' email addresses to the template file. Use the group’s column to assign users to a group you've created.
- Click Browse, upload your import file, and click Preview Upload.
- Review the preview of your import file. If all looks good, click Upload.
- On the "Are You Sure?" page, click Continue.

*Please note invitation emails will be sent IMMEDIATELY to all users after clicking continue.* As the invitation emails are sent, your users will be listed on the Learners page. You can also review previously imported spreadsheets on the Import Learners Page. *Note: This is a feature available to active subscriptions. |
