Annual Plans (Certificate Credit Subscriptions)
We recommend annual plans for any organizations that have an ongoing training need. If your team completes their training each year, or you have a steady flow of new users that need to train each year, an annual plan is the best fit for you.
Certificates Based Usage
With your plan subscription, you'll be issued certificate credits to be used in your organization. You'll only use up a certificate credit if your user completed their training and earned a certificate.
Simply pick the plan size that best fits your training demand (ie how many training certificates you'll need issued for your team).
Don't worry if you don't use all your certificates. Your certificates will carry over from year to year. And if you need more in your plan year, you can add more with Pay As You Go.

Pay-As-You-Go (Individual Certificate Credits)
We recommend Pay As You Go for any organization just getting started and unsure of their training needs.
Certificates Based Usage
With Pay As You Go, you can purchase as many or as few certificate credits as you need. You'll only use up a certificate credit if your user completed their training and earned a certificate. Simply start with the number of certificates you need and add more as you go.
Annual Plan + Pay As You Go Hybrid
You can even supplement your annual plan with Pay As You Go. Maybe your organization only needs 75 certificates per year. Select the plan that best fits (50 Certificate Credit Plan) and the remaining Pay As You Go credits when needed. This is a great option so that you don't have to purchase a plan bigger than your needs.
FAQ
What if I need 300 certificates a year? Which plan should I select?
We recommend a hybrid option. Select the plan that fits best (250 Certificate Credit Plan) and add Pay As You Go for the remainder.
If a user shares their completed certificate with my organization, does it use my credit?
There's no credit used - you just saved money!
Can I have the extra features with Pay As You Go?
Unfortunately, those extra features are only available to our subscribers.
What if I already have a seat based plan?
There's no change! Your seat based plan will continue to work as it has and renew each year. If you upgrade or downgrade to a new plan, you'll convert to the certificates based usage.
Can I purchase two plans?
We allow and often reccommend a hybrid of Annual Plan and Pay As You Go depending on your training needs. However, you cannot have more than one Annual Plan subscription. You can always upgrade or downgrade your plan as needed but not have two active Annual Plans.
